The Fatar Studiologic SL-880 is a MIDI controller keyboard with 88 keys and a semi-weighted piano action:
- KeysThe SL-880 has a semi-weighted piano action that's dynamic and quick to respond. The keys are velocity sensitive, and the channel aftertouch can be transmitted on all zones.
- WheelsThe SL-880 has pitch and modulation wheels with a rubberized texture for a more solid tactile sensation.
- ZonesThe SL-880 has three independent zones that can be assigned to any range of keys on the keyboard. Each zone has an enable/disable button on the front panel.
- X/Y sticksThe SL-880 has three X/Y stick controllers for manipulating sound parameters. The first stick is spring-loaded in both X and Y directions, the second is spring-loaded in X direction only, and the third is free in both directions.
- Magnetic Rail SystemThe SL-880 has a magnetic rail system at the rear that allows you to attach a note stand, extension plate, laptop, or tablet
