The Beatles’ go-to guitar was the Epiphone Casino, a fully-hollow thinline guitar with great versatility. The combination of a fully hollow body with custom p-90 pickups provides a full range of possibilities, from warm, open tones to overdrive snarl and growl. The Elitist 65 version combines over 125 years of instrument building Experience. Built in Japan, this is an instrument of impeccable quality.
The Elitist Casino Wood is hand-selected, then slowly and painstakingly dried to perfection in custom kilns until it is at the ideal moisture content.
The Elitist Casino Neck is cut at a 14o grain orientation from one piece of wood for optimum strength, stability and tonal response.
The Elitist Pickups are custom-wound by Gibson and feature:

- - Vintage Braided, Shielded Wire for authentic vintage tone with no noise.
- - Full Wax Potting to ensure that microphonic feedback is eliminated.
